Chilli con Carne Low Carb

This is my personal Chilli con Carne Recipe. It was complete Low Carb conform, when you add the ingredients so as it write here.


125 g minced meat, turkey
40 g onion, red
1 piece of garlic, clove, raw
30 g carrots, raw
80 g paprika, red
1 piece of chilli pepper, red, fresh
130 g tomatoes, peeled (canned)
85 g kidney beans (canned)
1 pinch of paprika powder
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
2 tbsp coconut oil, virgin
1 tbsp red wine, 12 vol%


Peel the onion and chop it into fine cubes.
Heat the coconut oil in a saucepan until it becomes liquid and fry the onion in it until translucent. Then add the minced meat. Stir occasionally.

While the meat is sizzling in the pot, peel and wash the carrots and bell peppers and also cut into small cubes.
Peel the garlic for a garlic press and put it ready. Cut the chilli into small rings (do not throw away the seeds). Add everything to the meat in the saucepan. Press the garlic directly into the pot.

Fry everything together for about 5 minutes and stir. Then add the tomatoes and season everything vigorously.
If possible, the chilli should simmer for another 2 hours. Set the stove to medium heat and put a lid on the pot so that it is almost completely closed. But only almost.

Optional: After about an hour, add a shot of red wine.
