Red herring salad

As I am a fish eater, I really like fish and almost all kinds of fish. Except for oysters, squid, octopus and anything that is slippery or slimy. Herrings are one of my favorite fish because of their versatility.

The ingredients:

250-300g Soused herring (drained weight)
250g beetroot (cooked)
1 red onion
100g Greek yogurt
50g sour cream
50g sour cream
1 bunch of dill
2 tbsp red wine vinegar (alternatively white wine vinegar)
3 pickles
salt and pepper

The preparation:

Cut the herring, onion, pickles and beetroot into small pieces or cubes and place in a bowl. Add the sour cream, Greek yoghurt and the sour cream to the bowl and mix well.

Chop the dill into the desired size and add it to the bowl along with red wine vinegar, salt and pepper and stir well again. If necessary, add seasoning once more.

Then put the herring salad in the refrigerator and let everything steep. Mix everything well before consumption and then enjoy your meal.
