INGREDIENTS for a 22 springform pan:
150g Low fat quark
1/3 teaspoon baking powder
a bit of salt
100g protein powder
1 tablespoon of flaxseed
1 tablespoon of flax seed husks
Put all ingredients in a sufficiently large bowl and knead well.
Put the dough in a springform pan lined with baking paper, moisten your hands well to distribute it, otherwise the dough will stick.
On top you can sprinkle sesame seeds or chia seeds, or both.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 15-20 minutes on top / bottom heat.
