Ingredients for 4 servings:

500 g green asparagus
250 g cherry tomatoes
200 g cucumber
200 g cooked ham
1 small onion
a bit of salt

The dressing:

200 g natural yogurt
100 g herbal cream cheese
1 dash of water
1 tbsp chives rolls

The preparation:

Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces, cook them in boiling water with a little salt for 3 – 5 minutes, depending on the thickness, and then leave to cool.

Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, boiled ham and the onion and place in a bowl.

Put natural yoghurt, herbal cream cheese, water and chives in a shaker and shake well.

When the asparagus has cooled, add it to the bowl as well. Pour the dressing on top, mix and serve.
