This dish contains 105 kcal per serving. This dish comes from a nutritional consultation as part of my rehabilitation in 2010.
Ingredients for 4 persons:
200 g of lean meat
1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
1 large bell pepper, cut into strips
1 crushed clove of garlic
2 onions, cut into rings
¼ l cold water
Herbs of Provence, paprika powder, curry, vegetable broth instant
Parsley or other herbs to taste
Wash, dab and cut the meat into fine strips. Fry in a pan brushed with oil. Add all the vegetables and spices and cover and let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Fill up with liquid, bring to the boil again briefly.
Sprinkle fresh chopped herbs on top. If you like, you can also add kidney beans and / or corn.
