Bell pepper apple salad

Ingredients for 4 persons:

300 g Bell peppers (which color? Its your choice)

200 g apples

10 g horseradish

150 g yogurt with 1.5% fat

1 tbsp lemon juice

some sweetener

The preparation:

Mix the yogurt with the horseradish, lemon juice and sweetener. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and the white partitions, cut into thin short strips. Wash, quarter and core apples and also cut into fine strips.

Mix the apple and paprika strips with the sauce and let it steep for about 1/2 to 1 hour, it can be longer. The salad can be enjoyed as a main meal or as an accompaniment to grilled meat, for example.

The salad contains only 60 kcal per serving.
