The ingredients for 4 people:
800 g zucchini
1 teaspoon salt
2 spring onions
1 bunch of dill
1/2 bunch of parsley
2 tbsp almond flour
Wash the zucchinis, remove the ends of the stems, and grate them finely on a vegetable grater, then mix with the teaspoon of salt and set aside for 10 minutes. Then express properly that as much liquid as possible is lost.
Cut the spring onions into very small rolls and add to the zucchini together with the finely chopped herbs. Add the eggs, pepper and flour and mix well.
Now heat some oil in a pan, add as much of the zucchini batter to the pan with a tablespoon that it makes a buffer of about 8 cm, fry until golden brown on both sides.
A yogurt or a quark dip tastes delicious with it. Mücver taste good both warm and cold.
