Mushroom Casserole with Cheese

Ingredients for 2-3 persons:

250 g of mushrooms
1 red pointed pepper
1 big red onion
1 tablespoon tomato paste
100 ml heavy cream
100 ml of water
100 g of grated cheese
1-2 garlic cloves
Salt / pepper / sweet paprika powder / pizza and pasta spice

The preparation:

First cut mushrooms, pointed peppers and onion into slices.
Allow olive oil in a pan to be hot and place the vegetables and fry for about 3-5 minutes.
Then mix the garlic and the spices with inside. Then add the tomato paste, the hot water and the cream.

Transfer everything into a casserole dish and sprinkle the cheese over it.
Now bake the Mushroom casserole 200 ° C ( 392′F ) with top and bottom heat in the preheated oven for about 10 or 15 Minutes
