Recipe for approx.6-7 Pidas💋❤👩🍳

150g cottage cheese,
150g self-grated Gouda,
2 eggs,
30-50g ground almonds,
1 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt.
If available, 1EL almond flour.

You can topping it, with ingrediens of your Choice 😊

I used Grana Pardano cheese, diced ham and spring onion

Preparation:

Bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 min until it is golden brown 🤤❤👩🍳
If you want an extra, you can bake your Pidas with sesame seeds,
grain mix, pizza spice and/or oregano👩🍳❤

There are no limits to taste 😊👍.
