Recipe for 2 rolls:

2 eggs, size M
50 g cream cheese
15 ml extra virgin olive oil (1 tablespoon)
75 ml mineral water, carbonated
20 g psyllium husks
20 g gold flaxseed flour de-oiled
20 g almond flour, not de-oiled
1/2 tsp guar gum
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt


Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) convection.
Mix the ingredients for the rolls into a dough and let it swell for a few minutes. Then, with wet hands, shape into oval baguette rolls, cut once lengthwise and then bake for 30 minutes.

Cut open the finished rolls and toast the inside part so that it becomes crispy.
