Ingredients for 1 serving

1 kohlrabi
1 apple (12,4 g KH / 100g)
75 g tuna in its own juice
50 g sour cream
juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp soup seasoning
salt, pepper, a dash of sweetener


Slice the kohlrabi and apple into fine sticks with a vegetable slicer. Drizzle the lemon juice over them to prevent the apple from turning brown. Mix the salad with soup seasoning, salt, pepper and sour cream. Mix the tuna with the salad. Finally, finely chop the parsley and sprinkle on top.
