Chicken breast fillets „Cajun style“ in pineapple cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 persons:

4 pcs. chicken breast fillets
Cajun spice mixture
some salt, pepper
some curry powder
some oil
1 can of pineapple chunks
500 ml cream
some broth
some sauce thickener

Preparation:

Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Season with salt, bell pepper, paprika and curry and fry in a little oil. Remove and set aside.
Drain the pineapple pieces and sauté them in the frying fat. Deglaze with cream and let simmer and thicken a bit. Bind with sauce thickener and season with vegetable stock and spices. Add the chicken breast fillets to the sauce and let them heat up again.

I make zoodles (vegetable noodles from zucchini or carrots or other vegetables) with it.
