Ingredients for 8-10 persons

1.5 kg of cut meat
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons gyros spice
6 tablespoons oil
600 ml cream
4 onions
3 red peppers
3 green peppers
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 l water
175 g processed cheese
1 portion approx. 250 g paprika sauce „Hungarian style“


Mix the cut meat with 2 tablespoons of gyros spice and 2-3 cloves of garlic and 6 tablespoons and let it stand for 2-3 hours.
Sauté in portions in a large pot, then add 600 ml of cream, cover and leave to marinate overnight.

Sauté 4 onions and 3 red and 3 green peppers in 4 tablespoons olive oil. Add 1 liter of water boil for 10 minutes, then dissolve 175 g of processed cheese in it.

Mix everything together and add the paprika sauce „Hungarian style“. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
