Paprika sauce „Hungarian style“ homemade

This sauce is called „gypsy sauce“ in Germany. Since I must give attention what I write in public, to discriminate or insult some People, and after some research. I came to the decision to rename it really.

Nevertheless, the situation is not clear, because even among the Sinti and Roma themselves there are different views on the designation „Gypsy“. Unlike the Association of German Sinti and Roma e.V., for example, the German Sinti Alliance e.V. has nothing against „Gypsy“, as long as it is used neutrally and as a group designation. We leave it at paprika sauce thus do not insult or discriminate against any persons.

Ingredients for 1 serving:

1 red bell bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
salt and pepper
1 pck. strained tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
olive oil for frying
Sweeten with Xucker or sweetener of your taste
paprika powder

Cut the bell bell pepper into strips and the onion into rings. Fry them in olive oil. Fry the tomato paste with a little sugar briefly and deglaze with the strained tomatoes. Season to taste with the spices. Simmer the sauce for about 15 minutes at low heat.

Afterwards it tastes cold or hot, with Pork Chops or a German Schnitzel.
