This salad is a great way to use leftover meat, so we also prevent food waste. Of course, you can also use other leftover meat.

Ingredients for 2 people:

250 g. boiled or roasted beef cut into strips
3 m.-sized gherkin cut into strips
1 m.-sized red bell pepper cut into strips
1 small diced onion
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. Greek yogurt
2 tsp. ketchup without sugar
1/4 tsp rose paprika powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 pinch of xylitol

Preparation:

Mix the leftover roast with the cucumber, bell pepper, onion, ketchup and mayonnaise and season the salad with the spices.
