Ingredients for 8 people
350 g minced meat
175 g ham cubes
330 g mushrooms of choice, chopped
2 tomatoes, skinned
75 g onions
1 egg size L
40 g wholemeal breadcrumbs
Wash the vegetables and chop or cut into small cubes.
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix properly with each other.
Fry the minced meat until it is crumbly and let it cool down before adding it to the bowl.
Then put the whole thing in an ovenproof dish, and cover with foil. Bake at 190° C for about 60-90 minutes.
It goes well with a tasty leaf salad.
