East-Frisia Pie

1 Cake base,

750 gr. (26 ½ oz.) soft Cream Cheese,

14 sheets white Gelatin, 

150gr. (5 ¼ oz.) Sugar,

3 Egg Yolks,

1-2 tblsp. Marmalade,

¼ l ( 9oz. ) Cream, 

1cup marinated Raisins (put the Raisins in  Brandy or Rum, and let it marinade for a few days)

1 cup Brandy or Rum.

Take cream cheese, sugar, and brandy, and mix it good. Add the in water solved gelatin, and slowly stir it in to the mixture. Next, whip the cream, add the raisins, and stir it also to the mixture. Spread the marmalade on the Cake base, and fill the mixture at the Cake base. Place it in the refrigerator, and let it rest for a few hours. Enjoy!
