2.20 lb Apples,
1pint and 2 oz white Wine,
10-12 sheets of Gelatin,
white Rum (as much as you like…).
Peel the apple, remove seeds, and cut into little pieces. Take half the wine, some water, all of the sugar, and bring it to a boil. Add the apple to it, and let it cook on medium heat until the apples are done. In the mean time, take the gelatin, and the rest of that wine, and mix it up until the gelatin is totally solved. Then add it to the apples, and pour the rum to it. Stir it good and turn the heat off. Place it in the refrigerator and let it cool down for a few hours. Serve this dessert with vanilla sauce or whipped cream.
