Ingredients:
5 ½ oz wheatmeal
3.5 oz coarse-grained rye ,
4 tbsp.Oil,
4 ½ oz Curd,
1 Egg
2-3 tbsp Milk
1 package Baking Powder
pinch Salt.
Preparation:
Mix thoroughly all ingredients, and form about 15 rolls from the dough. Brush top of rolls with milk, and let it bake at 390°F for about 20 minutes. Then take the rolls out of oven and let them cool off. Eat and enjoy!
