Whole Grain Rolls


18oz. Whole Wheat Flour,

9oz soft Cream Cheese,

5 fl.oz Milk,

5 fl.oz Oil,

2oz Sunflower Seeds,

2 teasp. Baking Powder,

1 teasp. Salt,

and any other eatable Seeds for scattering on top of rolls.


Take all ingredients and put it in a bowl. Mix it up real good, and form rolls out of it. Next we scatter the seeds over the rolls and then we put it in the oven for about 30 minutes at about 390°F.
If it was successful and you liked it, you can try it the classical way with flour and yeast.
